I have been teaching biology for over 15 years and have a current California teaching credential, and a Master’s in educational technology. My experience includes several years of one-to-one teaching and tutoring in virtual environments. I am currently a content creator for Crimson Education that specializes in preparing students for the IB Biology exam including in depth review and strategies for test questions. I have extensive experience and training in IBDP Biology, including Level 3 IBO training and have supported students through the entire Internal Assessment process that focuses on experimental design. I have a deep love for science and its ability to explain the world and I hope to share that wonder and enthusiasm with your students!
I am happiest when I am outside hiking, camping or swimming in lakes or rivers. For fun I enjoy strategy-based computer games and board games with friends. I am a big fan of reading, particularly science fiction. I have travelled extensively and taught in international schools in Warsaw, Moscow and Ho Chi Minh City.
